You are entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the bank deposit each morning. ? Accountable for managing cash flow issues resulting in inadequate funds availability. ? Awareness of competitor's advertising methods, current market trends, and business growth plans is necessary for maintaining your business's competitive edge. ? Making sure all Pizza Hut standards are followed for the product to meet expected quality. ? Requirements: The Restaurant Manager role requires individuals with relevant backgrounds and experience, including at least three years of experience in the food industry or within a restaurant. Moreover, candidates should have prior management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for coaching and guiding others, and the ability to maintain financial controls. The perfect candidate for the position must exhibit strong analytical capabilities, basic math and accounting knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. A flexible schedule, including working on weekends, and being answerable to the District Manager are also necessary.
