Outbound and inbound calling and appointment setting using a dialer or VOIP system ? Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline daily from various lead sources ? Manage and organize leads in CRM; Ensure correct information, notes, and all relevant details about the lead are recorded ? Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management ? Qualify leads to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents ? Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date What We're Looking For: ? Experience: At least 1 year as a Cold Caller or in a similar role ? Communication Skills: Excellent English and Spanish (both oral and written, with flawless spelling and grammar) ? Organization: Solid organizational skills and excellent time management ? Availability: Able to work on a US time zone shift ? Tech Skills: Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office), online calendars, and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) ? Communication: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills ? Attitude: Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset Technical Requirements: ? Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation ? Webcam: Working webcam ? Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM ?
