The Claims Customer Contact Representative at Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls related to life and annuity claims. Responsibilities
? Professionally handle incoming calls and ensure inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.

? Manage a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.

? Efficiently research and document call reasons and resolutions, focusing on privacy regulations.

? Handle inquiries in the best interest of the customer and the company.

? Provide quality service and support to various areas, including Financial Advisors, Claimants, and Exchange Companies.

? Follow documented procedures and guidelines when providing service to F&G customers.
Requirements
? High School diploma or GED.

? 1+ year in customer service or call center experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Nice-to-haves
? Basic understanding of F&G's structure and product/service offerings.

? Ability to handle customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

? Awareness of workloads and willingness to assist team members.
