Key Responsibilities
? Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during each instructional session.
? Prepare and organize necessary equipment to facilitate effective courses.
? Deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality instruction tailored to small groups (4-12 students).
? Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide necessary care when required.
? Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
? Communicate effectively with management and facility operators regarding course logistics.
? Manage inventory, cleaning, and restocking of instructional equipment.
Required Skills
? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
? Proficiency in utilizing online platforms for course record management.
? Strong organizational skills for equipment management and course preparation.
? Capability to handle emergencies with care and professionalism.
Qualifications
? High School Diploma.
? Valid American Red Cross Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
? CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor Certification or higher (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
? Reliable transportation and a valid Driver?s License.
? Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
