Key Responsibilities
? Deliver individual therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, including adults, teenagers, couples, and individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
? Efficiently manage and document a caseload of 12-25 clinical sessions weekly.
? Complete electronic notes, treatment plans, and DSM 5 diagnoses punctually.
? Schedule and manage client appointments while collaborating with other healthcare providers and family members to ensure holistic client care.
? Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your practice.
? Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for clients.
Required Skills
? Active licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois.
? A minimum of one year of counseling experience is required; prior experience in private practice is advantageous but not mandatory.
? Demonstrated ability to handle caseloads independently with strong communication and organizational skills.
? A collaborative spirit and a commitment to creating a supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
? Current Illinois state license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
? At least one year of counseling experience, ideally focused on individual therapy.
? Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP applications.
