Social and Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO

Social and Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO tarte cosmetics is looking for a social-savvy, creative & organized personal assistant who has extensive experience in social media & calendar coordination. This role will work onsite 2 times a week (flexible) in the Key Largo area (or able to commute from Miami), creating content & helping grow our CEO?s social platforms. Responsibilities: ? Assisting with filming, editing & posting social content ? Content brainstorming & copywriting ? Organizing the CEO?s social calendar ? Managing CEO?s social profiles & accounts like Amazon storefront & LTK ? Community management on all social platforms ? Additional PA responsibilities including handling: packages, returns, orders, etc. Requirements: ? Previous experience in a role involving social media management ? Strong video & editing skills (Capcut, TikTok, Instagram) ? In depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat & other platforms trends & best practices ? Flexibility in work hours, must be available weekends & evenings with ability to travel often ?
