We are a progressive and nurturing mental health practice actively searching for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Therapist to become a vital part of our expanding team. Key Responsibilities
? Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
? Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting methodologies to meet client-specific needs and preferences.
? Keep meticulous and current client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our practice protocols.
? Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
? Adhere to professional and ethical standards established by the APA or NASW, as applicable to your licensure.
Required Skills
? Strong diagnostic and assessment capabilities, with experience working with diverse populations.
? Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with clients.
? Ability to work autonomously while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications
? A Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
? Current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Arizona.
? Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred.
