ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The employee must have the ability to perform the following essential functions on a timely basis with or without reasonable accommodations.
? Support teachers in executing lesson plans, and provide individual attention to students during group sessions.
? Cultivate a positive, organized learning atmosphere by maintaining a classroom that is clean, engaging , and developmentally appropriate
? Adhere to school rules and standards, ensuring that all activities, services, and programs are sensitive to, and respectful of, cultural and ethnic diversity
? Supervise the safety of students in and out of the classroom, following guidelines and implementing school standards under the direction of the teacher.
