Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse include using the nursing process to provide patients with optimal quality and continual nursing care in the comfort of their residences.

Responsibilities
? Fill out and scan the necessary record-keeping forms and charts during the guest's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
? Document nurses' notes in a detailed and descriptive way that accurately reflects the care given to the guest and their response to it
? Notify the Director of Nursing about any discrepancies observed in physician's orders, dietary changes, charting errors, and other related issues.
? Make sure that the relevant documentation for unauthorized discharges is recorded in the guest's medical record, following the established procedures.
Qualifications
? You must possess a valid LPN/LVN license with no restrictions or a license from a Compact State to qualify.
? A minimum of two years working as an LPN/LVN is mandatory for this role.
? Proficient in providing information to patients and their families about different diseases and demonstrating expertise in medication and wound care.
