Hi there! I really need your help.

I?m seeking a highly organized, proactive assistant to handle administrative tasks, manage emails, calendars, and support project management. Your role will be essential in freeing up my time so I can focus on high-impact activities like customer interactions, content creation, and business strategy.

I run two businesses, one in SaaS and one in real estate, and this role will directly support both. By taking charge of the day-to-day details, you?ll ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing me to focus on the bigger picture and growth opportunities.

You?ll manage email triage, calendar scheduling, family commitments, and oversee ClickUp tasks, while helping with routine contractor and team check-ins. You?ll also look for ways to automate and optimize processes for better efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Fluency in English

Must work in the US EST time zone

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Quick learner who can manage both business and personal commitments

Enjoy planning and optimizing processes

Must be proactive, smart, and solutions-oriented

This role is crucial to growing the company. By managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling key operational duties, you?ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.
