Position: Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (Must reside in the USA)

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with Delta?s customer service platform or similar systems.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
