What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning throughout the year
• Maintain grounds, including parking lots, irrigation systems, and exterior building areas
• Safely operate a combination motor vehicle weighing between 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs (for Technicians, Operators)
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of pressure washing equipment
• Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, or general maintenance
• Must be at least 21 years of age (for Technicians, Operators)
• Valid state-issued driver?s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report and complete a driver?s road test
• Experience with irrigation systems, including installation and maintenance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing irrigation systems
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions
