In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via online chat platforms, answering their queries and guiding them through our products and services. You will play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time via online chat platforms ? Guide customers through our products and services, providing accurate and relevant information ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints ? Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards ? Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions ? Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues ? Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Requirements

Requirements: ? Prior experience as an Online Chat Assistant or similar role ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor ? Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment ? Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer management systems ? Excellent typing skills and ability to maintain accuracy while chatting ? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends ? High school diploma or equivalent qualification
