? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

? Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

? Constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

? Previous customer service experience preferred.

? Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

? Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Educational Qualifications
