Position Overview

This is a full-time remote role that involves handling a high volume of customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, email, and text communication. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus commission, performance-based raises, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
? Handle 100+ customer interactions per day across multiple communication channels.
? Schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
? Utilize a structured sales approach to convert leads into customers and meet/exceed sales targets.
? Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and other platforms.
? Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
? Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance benchmarks.

Qualifications & Skills
? At least two years of experience in remote phone sales, telesales, or a call center environment.
? Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
? Experience managing high call volumes with multiple phone queues.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to sit for extended periods and use a headset.
? Proficiency in working with multiple systems and software simultaneously.
? Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory for Consideration)

Computer Specifications:
? Operating System: Windows 10 (Professional preferred) or macOS Big Sur 11.6.2 or later.
? Processor: Intel Core i5-4400, 2.10 GHz or Apple M1 (or better).
? RAM: 16 GB or higher.
? Security: Password-enabled local profile login.

Software:
? Chrome browser, antivirus/antimalware applications, and an enabled firewall.

Internet & Peripherals:
? Internet: High-speed cable or fiber optic connection with a wired connection.
? Peripherals: Two 20-inch monitors, a wired noise-canceling headset (can be provided), a webcam, and an external mouse (can be provided).

Compensation & Benefits
? Starting Pay: $15/hr - $18/hr (Hourly base + commissions).
