Office Assistant / Data Entry Administrator - REMOTE

This is a fully remote position for applicants who reside and are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $22 - $30 an hour

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Responsibilities
? Responsibility for distributing all departmental mail whether electronic or hard copy
? Filing invoices and ads
? Data Entry
? Copying
? Assisting administrative staff as necessary
? Ability to meet attendance standard
? Assisting analysts
? Other duties as assigned

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Required
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
? Professional demeanor
? Attention to detail and accuracy
? Reliable transportation to/from work
? Adhere to company policies and procedures
? Strong knowledge of the English language
? High School Degree Required
? One to two years of experience in an office environment

Other Requirements: ? Demonstrable track record to handle confidential information with discretion. ? Must reside in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States.. ? Physical Requirements: Ability to make repetitive motions, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects; lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.

What is the pay, hours, and benefits for this position?
? Non-exempt position paying $28.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
? Full-time position requires a minimum of 35 hours per week; additional hours may be required.
