Work Schedule of the Remote Patient Care Coordinator:
? 30 - 40 hours per week
? Monday - Friday
? 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 6:45 pm (Pacific Hours)

Main Responsibilities of the Remote Patient Care Coordinator:

This position is responsible for providing excellent patient care and supporting the office team.
? Helping patients.
? Helping patients apply for loans.
? Ordering testing.
? Doing calls on the phone and on Zoom.
? Checking text messages and voicemails.
? Selling and ordering supplements.
? Scheduling with health coaches.
? Administrative assistant (fill out forms and more!).
? Support with health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling.
? Engage in discussions related to payments, invoicing, and financial matters with patients, handling them professionally.

All training will be provided!
