Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities: ? Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person ? Assist members with account maintenance and transactions ? Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner ? Promote products and services to members based on their needs ? Ensure accuracy and completeness of member records

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? 1-2 years of customer service experience ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
