What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Monitor, measure, and analyze product and process performance results to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
? Collect, enter, and track trending data, analyzing it and preparing meaningful reports
? Conduct audits and quality inspections of products, services, and processes
? Collaborate with management to review trends and develop corrective action plans
? Assist in maintaining training plans and facilitating training sessions as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government SECRET clearance
? Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel
? High level of attention to detail
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience or a BS Degree with related experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in Visa Processing and/or Quality Control
? 6 years of otherwise-related experience in a relevant field
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
? Demonstrated professional work ethic
