Responsibilities:

What?s a typical day as Patient Support Reimbursement Supervisor? You?ll be:

• Approving organization Travel Support Program Expense Summary Reports generated by the PSRS team.

• Providing support to cover for other PSRS Supervisors when they are out of the office, assisting team members with reimbursement cases, and offering direct feedback and coaching.

• Managing reimbursement escalations and appeals in collaboration with the Team Manager, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
