Helpdesk Associate - REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and IT service management software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
