Remote Live Chat Health Navigator

Columbus Global Home Health is seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Health Navigator. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-oriented, tech-savvy, and has a passion for healthcare and helping others.

As a Live Chat Health Navigator, you will be responsible for managing our digital chat platform and providing virtual support to our clients. You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to help clients navigate their health concerns and connect with the appropriate resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to live chat inquiries from clients Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm

• Listen and understand clients' health concerns and provide empathetic support and guidance

• Utilize available resources and information to address clients' questions and concerns

• Coordinate with our team of healthcare professionals to schedule appointments, arrange referrals, and provide follow-up care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with the live chat platform

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase engagement on the live chat platform

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or healthcare support role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

• Empathetic and compassionate towards others

• Proficient in technology and comfortable navigating different systems and platforms

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Attention to detail and ability to document accurately

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
