Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems has a Remote Customer Service Specialist opportunity in Newton, IA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service Specialists are responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our patients.

?The Customer Service Specialists works in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.?

?Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals.

?Create orders, and or schedule the patient to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor.

1 year of customer service experience required. (retail and restaurant experience are acceptable)

Must be willing to work 3-4 12 hour shifts Schedule: 7 p.m.-7 a.m.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
