E-Commerce Business Analyst

? Brilliant Earth is hiring a hands-on Ecommerce Business Analyst.
? Key role in automating and building processes for scalability and growth.
? Responsible for developing quantitative analyses to drive business decisions.
? Create workflows and customize reports, searches, and forms.
? Communicate directly with internal teams and contracted developers.
? Drive and QA automation projects to streamline operational processes.
? Analyze and optimize business workflows.
? Own and maintain integrations for various MarTech solutions.
? Develop and update Process Flows and documentation.
? Create and execute test plans for solution functionality and quality.
? Lead project scoping, scheduling, and execution.

Requirements: ? 3+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or technology. ? A BA degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred. ? Strong understanding of Ecommerce (Shopify preferred) and business operations. ? Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM software and integrations preferred. ? Background in quantitative analysis or retail operations is a plus. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Detail-oriented and highly organized. ? Strong project management skills. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ? A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
