As a Customer Experience Manager, you will help keep store running smoothly for our customers as well as our employees. Key Responsibilities: ? Create action plans for the Sales Team and Team Leads to promote store objectives and growth in their roles. ? Manage a team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads, ensuring the successful execution of company sales strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs). ? Under guidance from the Store Manager, facilitate the hiring process, training and performance management for Sale Representatives and Team Leads. ? Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, including being responsible for opening and closing the store according to established policies and procedures.

What you will bring to the table:
? High school education or equivalent required, 2 years of college or related technical training preferred.
? 2 years of related retail experience.
? Previous supervisory experience preferred.
? Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees.
? Strong customer service, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
? Knowledge of tools and equipment appreciated, but not required.
? Ability to lift up-to 70 lbs.
