Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep II
Position type: Full-time Contract, potential contract to hire
Duration: 8 months
Location: Indianapolis Indiana 46214 (Remote)
Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift. Mon - Fri. 10am - 7pm. Saturday shift required once every 2 months.
As a Customer Service Rep. II, your responsibilities: ? Candidate needs to speak English and Portuguese ? Critical Thinking ? Candidate must have experience taking inbound calls ? Attention to detail and good organizational skills ? Spanish speaking ? Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Education
? High school diploma or GED
? AA or bachelor's degree

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20.00/hr to $21.00/hr
? Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
