Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Full Desk Recruiter (Business Development & Recruiting) for a commission-based role. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you'll handle the entire recruitment process ? building client relationships, identifying talent, and ensuring successful placements. You'll also play a pivotal role in our growth by bringing in new clients. You'll have the chance to build your own client portfolio from scratch, giving you complete ownership and the potential to earn a substantial income.

Key Responsibilities: ? Drive business development to acquire new clients, contributing to company growth. ? Build client relationships, understand staffing needs, and deliver tailored solutions. ? Source, screen, and interview candidates. ? Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. ? Manage the complete recruitment process. ? Exceed placement targets to maximize commission earnings.

Required:
? Must commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Qualifications: ? Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment (1 year required). ? Business Development (1 year preferred) ? Direct Hire Recruiting Experience (preferred) ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Goal-oriented mindset. ? Self-motivated and organized. ? Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms. ? Having existing relationships to leverage is advantageous.

Pay Structure:
? This is a 100% commission-based opportunity
? There is no limit to your earning potential. You are the creator of your own success
? 50% commission on first $0-200k in billings
? 60% commission on $200k-350k in billings
? 70% commission on all billing once you exceed $350k
? Your billings total does not reset every year!
