Online Chat Representative

Responsibilities: ? Manage incoming amounts of chats - identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction. ? Provide exceptional support to clients via chat, phone, email, and other contact platforms. ? Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information. ? Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. ? Document customer interactions in our internal system. ? Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor during all customer interactions. ? Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. ? Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns. ? Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools ? Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly
