Your Daily Tasks:
? Engage with Chewy's pharmacy customer base through multiple communication platforms, offering direct support and addressing various topics. This will primarily involve receiving inbound calls and fielding other forms of correspondence.
? Identify and address customer issues by utilizing problem-solving techniques and thorough research. Proactive follow-up is crucial to ensure the customers needs are fully met.
? Daze our customers with exceptional service. Our team values employees who can do more than simply follow a set script??they seek individuals who can sympathize with the customer and provide creative solutions that meet their needs while always keeping safety and regulation in mind.
