Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and service-oriented Call Center Agent to act as an essential point of contact for students. In this remote role, you will assist both prospective and current students by providing vital information, addressing inquiries, and facilitating various components of the enrollment and retention process. This position requires extensive inbound and outbound communication, highlighting your exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
? Communicate with students via telephone and email, offering insights into the features and advantages of the school's programs.
? Aid in student recruitment, application processing, and retention strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
? Remain updated on recruitment initiatives, information sessions, orientations, and registration events.
? Provide support to students regarding course selection and registration as necessary.
? Offer general information concerning financial aid and next steps in the process.
? Grasp the student payment process and financial workflows to address inquiries effectively.
? Utilize various VPNs and student information systems to maintain accurate records and document interactions.
? Manage multiple email accounts and systems to collate and convey precise information to students.
? Engage in remote training sessions to remain informed about new programs, policies, and student support services.
? Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with students, colleagues, and institutional visitors.
? Adhere to guidelines, meet deadlines, and be open to feedback and constructive criticism.
? Execute additional tasks as required.

Required Skills

Qualifications
? An associate degree or a minimum of 24 college credits, OR at least one year of experience in an educational environment (such as admissions, registration, financial aid, or student records), OR three years of relevant professional experience.
? Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to adeptly handle various software applications.
