Promote Travel Packages Utilize promotional strategies and materials to sell itineraries, tours, and package deals. Highlight special offers and discounts to maximize customer value. Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools. Maintain Customer Records Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents. Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Build & Retain Customer Loyalty Go the extra mile to engage customers, nurture relationships, and foster repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer support or client service role Strong phone handling skills, active listening, and comfort with various communication channels Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
