Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

? Develop concepts that stand out among crowded competition, leveraging color, typography, and layout psychology.
? Stay updated on emerging YouTube design trends, optimizing thumbnails for mobile and desktop viewing.
? Continuously test variations (A/B testing) to boost CTR and refine best practices.
? Freebie/Lead Magnet Design
? Create PDFs, checklists, e-books, and other freebies that reinforce our brand identity while delivering user-friendly layouts and visuals.

? Provide direction on how visuals can enhance storytelling in video content, blog posts, and social media campaigns.
? Innovate new creative concepts that can be applied to future assets, from seasonal campaigns to product launches.
? Collaboration & Project Management
? Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and product managers to align design deliverables with strategic goals.
? Handle multiple projects, setting realistic timelines and meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
? Present design concepts and gather feedback in a clear, constructive manner?showcasing the reasoning behind specific design choices.
? Optimization & Analytics

Required Qualifications
