Position Overview

As a Sales Setter, you?ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them take their first step toward a healthier lifestyle. Your role will involve engaging in conversations, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our sales team.

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for those passionate about fitness, sales, and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
? Initiate and manage conversations with prospective clients across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc.)
? Qualify leads and schedule sales calls
? Follow up with prospects who didn?t initially convert
? Book at least 20 qualified sales calls per month
? Participate in team huddles (Mon/Wed/Fri at 9:30 AM EST) and submit End-of-Day reports
? Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system

? Sales Experience Preferred, But Not Required: We offer full training for the right candidate
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
? Hourly Base Pay ($12/hour)
