Position: Virtual Special Education Case Manager

Location: Remote (Must be licensed in California)

Responsibilities: ? Oversee and manage special education services for K-12 students in a virtual school setting ? Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) ? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure student success ? Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations ? Conduct virtual IEP meetings and facilitate communication between all stakeholders ? Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed ? Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services and reports

Requirements: ? Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field ? California special education certification or ability to obtain one ? Experience working with IEPs and special education compliance ? Strong knowledge of IDEA, state regulations, and virtual education best practices ? Proficiency with online learning platforms and virtual case management tools ? Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ? Prior experience as a case manager in a school setting is preferred
