What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead customer contact for Costco, focusing on growing profit and volume for the brand
• Develop annual and quarterly plans to achieve key objectives with each region
• Analyze competitive data to formulate strategies for sales growth
• Deliver customer insights-based recommendations to drive product acceptance and distribution
• Engage with internal functional experts to facilitate customer opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of CPG sales/account management experience, specifically with Club channels and Costco
• Proven capability to build strong relationships with Club accounts and develop strategic growth visions
• Experience in broker management and analyzing syndicated data
• Ability to travel for customer meetings, market visits, and trade shows

• Experience in developing solutions for customer-specific needs
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Familiarity with trade marketing and sales planning
• Ability to tailor company assets to meet account requirements and growth targets
