As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide relevant information

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

• 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• High school diploma or equivalent required
