What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service experience
? 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or contact center environment
? Private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs
