We are looking to add a Live Chat Agent to our team right now. Your job as a Live Chat Agent will be to use our live chat technology to deliver outstanding customer assistance. Assisting clients with their questions, resolving any concerns they may have, and guaranteeing their complete contentment will be your primary objectives. Responsibilities
? Use our live chat feature to communicate with customers in real time.
? Answer questions from clients in a timely and accurate manner and offer solutions.
? Handle client grievances, questions, and concerns with tact and compassion.
? Speak with clients to obtain the information you need and make sure their requirements are addressed.
? Raise complicated instances to the relevant team members so they can receive additional support.
? Keep thorough and precise records of every conversation you have with clients.
? Work together with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the live chat experience.

Requirements: ? Diploma from high school or its equivalent; a bachelor's degree is recommended ? Prior experience working as a live chat or customer service representative ? Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking ? Capacity to multitask and manage multiple chat discussions at once Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills ? Competence with CRM platforms and live chat software ? Ability to maintain composure under pressure when interacting with difficult customers ? Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and evenings.
