What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as a subject matter expert on the accommodations process as well as state and federal disability law
? Manage case load through the intake, document review, and decision-making milestones
? Engage with employees, vendors, work locations, and other stakeholders for case management
? Educate and train employees and HR on accommodation processes and complexities
? Participate in growth initiatives within the accommodations program
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in accommodations, return to work, and ADA
? General understanding of ADA, FMLA, statutory leaves, and disability policies and laws
? Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
? Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks with tight deadlines
? Proper work-from-home setup with high-speed internet
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience managing caseloads and providing support in human resources, healthcare, or employee relations
? Familiarity with internal resources for job accommodation processes
? Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
