Responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls and type email messages for agents. ? Manage team calendar in MS Outlook and schedule appointments. ? Distribute messages and make outbound calls to confirm event attendees. ? Schedule appointments using web tools and MS Office. ? Assemble marketing materials and perform clerical duties such as creating shipping labels, sorting mail, and stocking spaces.

Skills:
? Call center and Work From Home experience are required!
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Excellent organization and attention to detail.
? Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and web tools.

Job Requirements: ? Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment. ? Technologically savvy with proficiency in using MS Office and web tools. ? Experience managing schedules and calendars.

Required Experience:
? Experience working with the public, including seniors.
? 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or related field.

Required Education:
? High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
