Mortgage Servicing Call Center Rep - Remote | WFH

? Handle inbound calls from clients regarding mortgage servicing inquiries.
? Research and address customer issues efficiently.
? Assist with escrow analysis, credit bureau disputes, and account changes.
? Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties as needed.

#### Qualifications: ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing. ? Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center within a mortgage servicing department. ? Familiarity with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) preferred. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ? Strong data entry and verification skills. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
