Here's what you'll be doing:
? Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
? Determine customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
? Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
? Document and update customer records.
? Establish and maintain great customer relationships.
? Be a team player and uphold the Ken Garff's standards of professionalism and integrity.
? All calls are recorded and monitored for quality services

The Location

This position is US-Remote. Ken Garff Listening Center can employ in states where Ken Garff Automotive, LLC is registered. Currently, we are only accepting applications for remote work in the following states: Utah, Nevada, Iowa, Texas, Wyoming, and Arizona. This list is continuously evolving and being updated, please check back with us at a future date if the state you live in is not listed.

Equipment Requirements: ? Must provide your own equipment ? Windows PCdesktop or laptop with Inteli5 processor - 2430M at 2.40GHz or processor equivalent or better,8GBofRAM available, and working webcam ? Anti-Virus protection software. Windows Defender is acceptable so long as you keep it updated. ? USB wired Headset with microphone. ? Dual computer monitors ? Smart Phone (Any Manufacturer) ? Apple computers not compatible/accepted

Qualifications: ? Must meet network and equipment requirements ? Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service oriented. ? Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm ? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal) ? Previous customer service or call center experience a plus. ? Must have a designated work space that is free of distraction with little to no background noise. ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. ? Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
