Responsibilities: ? Drive productivity and process improvements across the deal lifecycle. ? Develop and implement initiatives to streamline the deal desk function, improve productivity, and simplify processes across Quote to Cash operations. ? Serve as the primary advisor to the Americas sales team on all deal related matters, providing guidance on contract options and value propositions to help close deals. ? Owning the day-to-day quote management and pricing approval process, ensuring compliance with sales and business policies. ? Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations across our executive leadership team. ? Collaborate with Sales Leadership to effectively coordinate and lead month and quarter end deal closure. ? Create and deliver sales enablement training on quoting, commercial positioning and negotiation and deal closure.
Key Qualifications: ? Have 6+ years of experience in a GTM Operations function. ? Proven track record of owning transformational efforts in a hyper scale Tech company ? Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems. ? Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations. ? Superior analytical background within strong problem solving skills.

? Possess deep understanding of (and empathy for) the role of a sales professional.
? Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-based global environment.
? Great sense of humor is a plus!
