Duties And Responsibilities...
? Conduct professional outbound sales and customer service calls
? Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
? Offer additional products/services to callers
? Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions
? Adhere to provided work schedule and maintain a high level of punctuality
? Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
? Successfully achieve sales/fundraising goals on outbound projects
? Maintain efficiency and composure while handling various types of calls

Qualifications
? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing/customer service setting
? Flexibility to work on Sundays and accommodate a varied work schedule
? Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
? Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
? Ability to pass company training, background, and credit check
? Reliable transportation for commuting to work
