What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center or customer service environment
? Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
? High School Diploma or equivalent experience
? Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence
? Strong customer service skills and courteous telephone etiquette

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associates degree or equivalent experience
? Ability to problem solve in a positive manner
? At least 6 months of healthcare experience
