What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and execute a recruiting plan at targeted schools
? Build relationships with career centers, student organizations, and relevant departments
? Promote employer brand across campuses to attract diverse talent
? Manage end-to-end recruiting process for Early Careers roles
? Track and analyze recruiting data to adjust strategies for optimal results

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 1 to 2 years of Early Careers Recruiting experience
? 1+ year of technical full life cycle recruiting experience
? 1+ year of sourcing experience for technical and/or sales positions
? High level of organization and attention to detail
? Strong MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience recruiting in Workday ATS
