What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop and implement high-quality requirement roadmaps based on modernization strategy and vision
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among user experience, project scope, and time to market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, in an agile environment to deliver solutions
• Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs and business requirements
• Lead backlog planning and optimization efforts to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor?s Degree in computer science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead, Design Lead, Solution Lead, or Technical Product Manager
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures
• Excellent business-level communication skills and ability to facilitate stakeholder dialogues
• Database knowledge including SQL and NoSQL, with an understanding of data relationships
