What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide exceptional customer service for incoming inquiries from internal and external customers
• Resolve issues by researching and determining alternative solutions
• Fulfill credentialing requests by sending packets or links to DHPs
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on DHP credentialing applications
• Assist the Data Entry/Reporting team in monitoring credentialing mailboxes

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school education or GED equivalent required
• One to three years of experience in a related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and general office products
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with credentialing processes or systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
