What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct customer journey mapping to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement
• Analyze customer feedback from various channels
• Develop customer personas based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance customer experiences
• Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and loyalty

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university, plus three years full-time experience in research and/or planning
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in customer feedback management platforms and CRM software
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• A master?s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with design programs and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Strong project management skills to drive initiatives from concept to implementation
• Basic knowledge of languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
