Job Duties

Conduct inbound and outbound calls

Schedule appointments with clients interested in our benefits

Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom

Sell and upsell insurance to both new and existing clients

Complete insurance applications

Report daily performance metrics

Attend optional training sessions

Complete tasks required by underwriters for client coverage approval

Minimum Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Effective time management

18 years or older

High School Diploma (higher Education Preferred But Not Required)

Customer service or retail experience preferred but not necessary

Life Insurance License (if you do not currently have one, licensing fees will apply)
